I have a hunch but let me hear what you guys think.

Pull into gas station get gas and turn the key, No fuel pressure (gauge) , no crank from starter.

Dash lights all work fine, battery 12.9v, fuses all ok, 20 mins later turn it over and car fires right up.

Would a bad ignition switch prevent the main fuel pump relay from working? I know the bad ignition switch would not allow the starter to crank but fuel as well?

 

Yes, a bad ign. switch could prevent the PGM-FI Main Relay working, although if you mean cluster warning/idiot lights, [oil pressure, water temp., CEL and so on] work that would indicate ign. output power from ign. switch is working, [ign. power is what turns on the PGM-FI Main Relay.

When you say engine does not crank, do you mean engine does not turn over, [starter not working] or it turns over, [cranks] but does not start?

Also what is the MM&Y of your car? 94

 

All the clutster lights were working fine no issue and no CEL either. I did not hear the PFM-FI relay click or anything.

When i turn the key No cranking what so ever, no noise from starter and fuel pressure did not increase so pump did not prime. This is what is mind boggling to me.

The ignition switch as you mentioned activates the relay and fuel but why no cranking from starter?
