need help
Search for Mini Me swaps, they pretty close to what your doing. I think the CPS maybe the only difference.
You should be able to use your wiring harness if it is SI or HF. You just need to add the Vtec wire. You can swap out the injectors. There is a company the will modify your OBD0 ECU, or you can use an OBD1.
Rywire.com should have a harness if you want to pay for one though.

Assuming you will be running the P28 ECU???!?!?
If so, there are several reputable manufactures that make OBDO to OBD1 harnesses.
It will also depend on what exactly you want as there are complete engine harness solutions as well as just ECU jumper harnesses.
This would also depend on what the car has installed in it before the swap; DPFI or MPFI.
Have you tried searching the internet for the swap you going to do???
It's nothing new so you should have no problem seeing what others use.

As for the dash wiring, I don't know anyone that sells that aftermarket. Might have to go to the junkyard or if you get a new dash, maybe it will have it.

First you are going to need a chassis harness.
You can get the stock one and it will for sure fit right in with no problems.
Alternatively, you can get one from an Si.
The Si harness will give a very slight advantage (since it's for MPFI rather than DPFI) when you go to get your engine harness.
Then you have an option for the engine harness.
Regardless of what motor you have, other than stock, you are going to need some sort of modification.
1) Easiest would be to buy the Rywire plug and play engine harness for $600 and be done.
2) Get the stock engine harness that matches your chassis harness and work with that.
If it's DPFI then you would need to modify it to MPFI spec (really easy to do). You will also need an OBD0 to OBD1 conversion/jumper harness.
You will have to do this even if you swap to the H22.
