Default Steering rack, wheel bearings, tie rods or brakes??

Ok so I started noticing a weird noise coming from my front passenger wheel. It kinda sounds like a flat tire/grooved pavement sound. When I turn right(load on the driver side) the noise goes away but if i turn left(load on the pass side) it gets louder...and this sound is constant even when i'm driving straight. I assumed it could be my alignment but I recently got that done after pressing in extended studs, lbj's and oem wheel bearings. I took it to a buddy's shop and he said I might have to swap out my whole steering rack. Talked to a couple friends and they suggested doing the tie rods. Also @ about 110kmh+ the steering wheel vibrates..sometimes the dash as well. So im stuck between Steering rack, wheel bearings, tie rods, and brake discs.

Help

First go balance your tires and make sure your tires don't have any bubbles in them. You probably just threw a weight off of one.

Looks like you have narrowed it down to the most probable causes.
Don't rule out the wheel bearing though.
If it wasn't installed correctly then it may have deteriorated quickly and is on it's way out.
How are your tires doing?

I would have them balanced again before you start replacing parts, because they way you described it does sound like a balance issue.

But I would think it is your wheel barring if it isn't the balance.

i took a couple but its hard to see..its flat in one spot which im thinking is just from tire slippage

Ok then I would point toward wheel barrings. You can jack it up and see if you can feel play in them.

I once thought I had a bad front wheel barring it ended up being the rear. I had my buddy ride in the trunk and do the screw driver Stethoscope on the strut. You can also jack the front up and put it in gear and do it to the front.

Additionally, if you have an IR temp gun, if one is hotter then the rest it is usually the bad one.

hmmm..i like the temp gun idea..but i traded a buddy for a couple days and he also said it could be the rear which i can beleive cause the wheel doesnt spin all that freely..I guess what ill do is replace the rears first and if its not them do the front passenger wheel..damn old cars lol!

my guess over the internet, based on the limited data provided and your lack of troubleshooting for yourself:

your wheel is not centered and axial.

probably has to do with you messing with your bearing and studs.

check your runout.
