SOHC Blocks.
Between all the 1.6L blcoks is there any huge difference that would make one a better choice that the either, like stronger rods, better oil pump etc... not higher and lower compression #'s.

naw, the 1.6l blocks/rods are basically all the same. I have some piston specs up too...

a couple of things to consider.
A6 crank is superiour in oiling than other D16 cranks. VTEC oil pumps flow twice the amount of non-VTEC.
and it is rumoured that A6 block has better webbing than others.
