96 accord, hit a bump, now clicking?
I have a 96 Accord LX and I just replaced the front drivers side CV Axel. the other one is bad and i plan on changing that one too just havent yet. I hit a bump this morning and now:
1. my cluch doesn't engage as fast. like before my clutch engaged 2 inches before the top, and now its 1 inch. (those arent legit numbers im just giving an example of what i mean)
2. When i engage the clutch, my passangers tire sounds like its clicking. it also does that when i turn left while accelerating.
So when i push the clutch in, or out to engage a gear, it clicks.
What does this sound like to you?
ALSO my passangers front wheel well is occationly scraping against my tire. how can i make it stay up? or should i rip it off?

i had the same problem
i just went ahead and replaced my axle and my car has not been clicking since.
and if u want to go into the problem deeper you could take the axles apart if you don't have a core charge when u get the new axles.
but get a few more opinions before u just go spending money on stuff u don't need
as for the liner i would just keep it there its only thin plastic and its not gonna hurt your tire some people don't run with them but i don't encourage it because it keeps a large amount of that nasty stuff out
