I'm selling a 1995 Honda Civic Del Sol S. It has around 129,XXX on the shell and around 95,XXX on the swap. The motor is out of a 1994 or 1995 Del Sol VTEC, so its a B16a3, runs really strong. No grinds in the trans at all, pressure plate makes a little noise but doesn't affect the engagement. It recently developed an idle surge, so I'm a bit flexible on the price because of it. The car is orginally from the south so it is rust free. Exterior is fairly clean, paint still looks good. It does have a few minor dings and scratches but this car is 16 years old... so that is to be expected. Interior is very clean, does have the typical "strech marks" on the door panels. Everything works electronically, it has a pioneer deck and pioneer speakers. The top is obviously removable, and fits nice and neat in the trunk. Also, the targa top seals don't leak.
The car does have some modifications done to it.
Performance
-The motor swap is out of a Del Sol VTEC (B16a3 with around 95,XXX miles)
-Password JDM Intake (Whale *****)
-Del Sol vtec exhaust (bigger then stock)
-WS2 Style muffler
Suspension/Handling
-Fast Brakes Big Brake kit for the front
-Z10 traction bars
-KGB AGX's with Neuspeed Race Springs
-Rear disc conversion
-Blox Polished Lower Control Arms (LCAs)
-Blox adjustable toe arms
-Blox camber kit
Interior
-S2000 push start button
-Pioneer CD Player and Speakers
Randoms
-Inline fuel pressure gauge
-15" Rota Slipstreams (tires are okay)
-HID kit
-EDM aux lights
-ARP extended wheel studs
-Spoon Yellow valve cover
I'm probably forgeting things but this is just a list off the top of my head.
The bad
All cars have them lol
-Minor dings/scratches/rock chips (16 year old car again)
-Holes in decklid from aftermarket wing (wing is removed, holes are plugged)
-Tires are okay, I'd recommend replacing them before the next season.
-Ebay shifter snapped the top of the thread off, I'd fix it but it doesn't bother me that much.
-E-brake doesn't work (due to the wrong cables from the rear disc swap)
-Has Idle Surge :/
The good
Strong running fun to drive car.
The motor has never been opened up.
Extremely clean for a 16 year old car
Basic Modifications
Overall great car
Brakes are brand new
I'd drive this car across the country and back, it's super reliable. The only reason why I'm selling is that I work to much to spend the time enjoying the car. Its never seen a Michigan winter and i'd hope the new owner would keep that going. I'm looking for $4,500 obo for the car.
Please don't waste my time, I'm just trying to sell my car. Give me a call or shoot me a text at 586-914-6338, Zach, Thank you.
