B20 Vtec problem

Default B20 Vtec problem

b20b block
b16a head with b16a cams, fidanza adjustable cam gears
OBD0

Wont rev past 3k (limp mode)
only CEL its throwing is O2 sensor ( replaced and is still throwing code)

i have no clue, any help?

yeah but the o2 wouldnt put it in limp mode would it?

No, it shouldn't. What ECU are you using? Are you sure it's actually code 1 - I have a feeling you are reading it wrong.
