b20vtec...no power in vtec

Default b20vtec...no power in vtec

Yeah I'm on a chipped ecu(chrome) and vtec hits at 5k rpm. You can hear it but not feel it. Now my low end is very nice especially between 3500 and 5k rpm.

All opinions and advice is appreciated.

You aren't supposed to feel VTEC. If you do, it is not tuned correctly... Are you positive you aren't just hearing intake noise? Put a multi-meter on the VTEC solenoid wire (or even a small light bulb for that matter) and verify it is actually engaging. Then go from there...
