Speedo, and gauge lights out (yes i searched for the answer)
Okay so my interior lights are out in my 91 Honda Civic ED7 Si (complete name of car for search reasons). Today I took the cluster out to replace some dead bulbs, i had some #74 and #77 LED bulbs laying around that fit. So theres the background on the issue.
Only the cluster gauge lights are out, The blinker lights on the cluster work, the highbeam cluster lights, oil light, CEL, seatbelt lights and everything else except the back lights on the gauges and the top lights for the gauges. I have the dimmer plugged in. Its not a fuse since the radio and the clock still work. I have tried with the LEDs in and OEM bulbs in and neither work.
Does anyone have any ideas or have had this problem?

there's a black box under the dash that needs a wiring harness plugged into it, or the lights and suck dont come on good sir, make sure its plugged in!
everything was plugged in. i unplugged everything and noticed the circuit board had pulled away from the plug, i just gently put it back in and the left side works now. i think the right side LED has the polarity flipped
