hey you 604 guys think you can help me out with a guy that is trying to scam me???

here's the story:

I sent him $200cdn for a 94-97 ITR Lip 3 MONTHS AGO!! and I haven't recieved it yet. I've been emailing him like crazy but no replies, then I make a fake email account from another person "pretending" to buy another lip, and he replies to that account!! WTF!! I even phoned him and he said he would ship it out, that was 3 weeks ago!

I've been really polite to this person also. You 604 guys seem really cool and if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it so much!!

I got a phone number and address. Should I post it here?
