Icon2 Which tires are best?

I have a 2009 CRV and am in need of new tires. I'm confused over which tire is best for this vehicle. I've been looking at Goodyear and Michelin's and reviews show good and bad remarks towards both, so I'm not convinced on either. I currently have on Bridgestone Dueler H/T 225/65R-17 tires from when I purchased it new. I don't like the ride on them or the noise factor on them. Things I'd like: quieter, not as much feel of the road, longer lasting, no more than $200/tire. I also have 24,480 miles and already need tires. Which would anyone suggest that I get? I live in southern California.

The original equipment Bridgestones have been pretty poorly reviewed by our customers to be sure. I put the Bridgestone Dueler HL Alenza on my sister's '01 CRV and she has had great results. I'd expect her to get about 50K miles or a little more on those for reference.
