can anyone please help me! I was reading the other thread about zc motors bogging and so does my d15 with y8 intake manifold. I was wondering if all d series motors have stock fuel pressure regulator. If so, please explain to me how to adjust it. My car can rev up to 7500 rpm with no problem yet when driving she runs as if something is holding it back.
oh yeah, code 16 is flashing. any advice would be greatly appreciated!! thanks...

 

Well for one, code 16 is for fuel injector failure, which if Im not mistaken has to do with the PGM-FI main relay, located behind the dash where the hood latch is. My car did this once after the MPFI swap. Resoldered the main relay. It fixed my problem. As for the fuel pressure, it's not ajustable. You need an aftermarket adjustible fuel pressure regulator along with a fuel pressure gauge to monitor the changes. Good luck.
