all depends on what you have available. i would price the type R specific koni sport shocks. i would think koni in holland would be a supplier. as for the springs to go with. a set of koni specific ground controls goes for about $320usd and then whatever fed ex to england runs. if you want a sporty ride with a neutral steer the 500 front 450lb rear rates are a good setup if you run sticky tires. it's a good match with the ITR rear bar and those koni sports. as for shock settings try the rears just a hair off full stiff and the front dead in the middle.

500/450 is a good rate for the track maybe (although, I would run the 500lbs out back and 450s out front). But on OTS Koni Yellows, the ride on the street is a litte iffy. That's a bit much on the spring rate if it's just a street car.
I'm assuming that this will be for general street useage since the OP didn't specify anything. I would just go with like the regular 350/250 (or whatever) GC rates. You're not going to notice the added understeer for street driving. And it'll be comfortable.
But I am in agreement that ground controls and Konis are a good choice. Other good choices might be AMR or PIC.

For me if I was to up grade: 1. koni yellow with GC (most affordable) 2. PIC (middle class) 3. Eibach R2 coilovers (Baller) https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-type-r-8/eibach-multi-pro-r2-coilovers-3009699/

on the track i also agree 450/500 works well on the koni sports. the problem is, that combo can get nervous on the street, especially if it's raining and you're driving a bit faster than you should be. so, the 500/450 is quick but a more neutral combo
really depends on tires. if you have star specs, advan ad08's or the like you can notice a real difference with the higher rates.
if you're on s drives or a hard sport tire you could stay in the 300lb range and have just as fast of car. something like 350/300
