Default obdo to obd1 wireing question.

If anyone has done it I'd appreciate some advice. When I swap the head, would it be easier to do the wiring with the harness in the car or take it out and then re-install the harness.

I make these harnesses all the time. For me it's easier with the harness out of the car. Since your gonna swap the head, I would get all the wiring done before you put the head back on. This will make it easier since the manifold will be removed and have more room for you.
