I'd be interested in competing next season, but only if the Civics and the like would be able to have more internal engine and brake mods.
The way I see it now, they have little or no chance against the AWD Subaru turbo or the likes of the Safronas BMW.
I spoke to a couple of the Honda drivers competing and they thought similarly.
I think the series is slightly imbalanced right now.
If I pay over $700 for an entry fee, I want a fair shot at winning some of it back.
Just my opinion, and I'd love to be proved wrong.

as for allowing interal engine modifications kinda runs against the purpose of the series...the goal was to offer a low cost national series opening the door for amatuers who want to step up a level and professionals to stay competitive...anyway...the 2000 champion was Richard Holdener in a gsr equipped del sol, and in 2001 James Sofranos in a 328i...so 3 different mfgrs have won in its 3 year existence
please let me know if you need anything else

Is it ok if I post information on the USTCC or other Nasa Events (like driving schools or other amateur racing series)? I was always wondering it I'd be interested in watching some races or taking schools until I met someone else who told me what to do. Thanks.
