newbie hear any tip or tricks
im new to the site let me start with the basics i have a 94 integra ls im building so far i have 4 eibach struts with a blue coil over spring the motor is stock air intake a 2inch apexi exhaust and last but not least i have a 2000 bumper...now that you have sum background this is my first serious build i want this to be a ten sec car but im not sure which way to go with it should i turbo or supercharge and thoughts on converting to rwd
Convert to rear wheel drive? and your exhaust has to be bigger then 2", I run an Apexi and they are about 2 1/4" in diameter and up. Good luck with your build but I think your goal of a 10 second quater mile car is a little unreasonable.
Oh, and welcome to Honda-tech. You may find the "search" tool very helpful, there are many people that have good right-ups and how-to's on building power.

Hahahahah
Yea there was one dude who converted his to rwd I think he dropped over $80,000 to convert it, would prob be cheaper if u bought a mustang and put Ur Acura emblem on it

10 sec. is do-able but only for a dedicated, track-only car. And it's not something you just call in parts for and hit the track -- it takes a lot of knowledge and experience.
If you want a DD maybe 12 sec is more reasonable. Or get an old Mustang or something with a big engine.
You've stated your performance goals, now think about your budget and see where they converge.

And you are going to have to fish out an assload of dough to convert it to RWD. Don't waste your time with that. And it is VERY hard, and EXPENSIVE to get a honda in the 10's on a regular persons budget.
guys you have to realize this most people that post these threads are just dreamers and will never actually do what they say usually its the people that reaserch than do it and post it are the ones that get it done like the dude that was on here that took a Mustang cobra cut it up slapped a Integra body onto it and now has a sweet *** ride
also the civette is another example

I'm still tripping out on the "tips and tricks" and then "first serious build" but then says stuff like "blue coilover spring (wha?), supercharger, turbo, ten-second car" and "rear wheel drive" and thinks because he put on a 2000 rear bumper that he has "background".
learn how to read, he said now that u have sum backround, he is telling u that now u know what he has, not that hes a fkng genious or anything..wow this forum blows my mind compared to how some people get talked to on other forums, im an evo owner and have been threw several..till finally my friend started one and now its the best evo forum out there, looks like its time to start thinking about making my own honda forum
