Speed Sensor wire is missing?

Speed Sensor wire is missing?
So my speedometer has been below 0 since i bought my car 2 days ago. I have a 96 ek. I thought it was just the sensor that was bad. When i went to see the sensor, i noticed that there wasnt a wire plugged into it. I checked everywhere! Either im going crazy and theres no wire or there is but i didnt check right. Where is the wire supposed to be coming from, please post pics. This is basically what i see but without the wire coming out of it...

The speed sensor (VSS) has three wires. The Blk/Yel and Blu/Wht wires from the VSS plug run to connectors C115 and C130, respectively:
As 94EG8 mentioned, the black VSS ground wire runs to the G101 ground located on the thermostat housing:
