Define "best". This question gets asked at least once a week.

you should do a search for reviews on different setups to see what other people have to say about that specific setup, alot of people on here will agree that either progress, or koni/gc is the best bang for the buck... but at the same time, the roads i drive may be different than the roads you drive, so my experience with a specific suspension setup might be different than yours... base the spring rates of the springs or coilovers you want with the type of driving you will be doing... for example, dont get super high spring rates, if the roads you drive are crappy, and then blame the shock for being too stiff

im on gc coilovers and stock strucks at the moment, im almost max all the way down in the front of my sleeve and the rear is just two behind the front, i personally think my ride is great, soon to have some konis tho hopefully. but ground control springs are great! look into everything tho before buying. goood luck!

Somehow I think someone posting that doesn't have conflicting interests would be more credible.

If you've already got GC coilovers you just need to get shocks that are suited for those rates/height.

The cheapest best for you would be a set of illumina shocks. Koni's would be great too but they won't fit your coilover sleeves. Konis require GC specific coilovers.

What rates are your current springs/coils?

I dont have conflicting interest, I said I like my Ksports not "please buy Ksports" I have ran coilovers more expensive and for what most people do, street driving, I have been happy with my Ksports for the price.

Right. Keep thinking that, HT Platinum Sponsor. What else are you supposed to say? "AMR hands down!"? You're EXPECTED to be bias. Your product should speak for itself.

I am not bias by any means, I ran Zeals on my drift car they didnt do well. I ran Stance on my drift car and I honestly liked those the best but the price was up there. Tein were pretty worthless IMO unless you get Super Drifts. Ksports have worked well for me also over the years. I still have Stance on one of my cars and I have Ksports on the other.

I am here to give our product as an option, if the product doesnt work well for the person that is ok with me we all have different needs in this world/industry.

Progress coilovers is by far the best bang for the buck! I am running 350/250 for daily driving, and random times getting my foot in it by far amazing!

Eibach makes the springs that go on Ground Control sleeves.

yes, sorry just worded it incorrectly ground control makes sleeves and they use eibachs springs, should have said i like ground controls coilover kit and they run with eibach springs

whats the spring rates?
350f 250r, stock shocks still :/ soon to have new ones, but i dont think its a bad ride at all, bouncy at times but personally i dont mind it.

A budget would be a good place to start.

Or my "Need help choosing suspension?" thread in my signature would do you a lot of good.
