Default problem with mini me swap

heeeeeelllllpppp!!! i must be such a noob or something but im having a problem with my mini me swap into my 88 civic wagon.

I am not getting any spark and no its not the distributor because ive tried 2 different distributors off my friends cars that they drove over to my house so i know they work.

this is my issue
I am not getting any power to the big white connector on the dizzy at all and i traced the wires up to the big round plug up by the fuse box. still no power there so then i traced it up to connector c on the ecu and im not getting any power at all to connector c but 2 wires im getting 5v so im assuming that those 2 wires are sensor wires.

I have checked all my ground wires all over the wiring harness and all of them are solid and in the right place

It is also a AT to MT swap and i have jumped the neutral safety switch.
Im wondering if maybe in amongst my pedal assembly swap i might have not plugged something in correctly or something is plugged into the wrong position?

Ive been trying to figure it out for the past 3 days now and im stumped so here i am asking advice.

Its getting fuel and i have the jumper harness plugged in correctly and i have moved all the wires around to where they need to be just no spark!!!

any help is greatly appreciated!!

On the pedal assembly there is a switch on the clutch pedal that need to be connected. This tells the car that you have the clutch depressed so you do not start it in gear.

When doing the AT to MT that switch is not used unless you wire it in.
Jumping the AT wiring to Nuetral makes it think it can start.
