I have a '91 accord that the drivers door wont open. on the outside it feels like the lock is still engaged, and the inside it feels like it will open, but it wont open at all. what can i do? plus any one know where i can get a fender for the passenger side?

 

Can the key turn left and right? Is it power door locks? Does it unlock from the passenger side? Any buzzing noise from the door? If there is, the lock acctuator has gone bad. For the fender, look for anyone parting out their car on cl, ebay, or your local junk yard.

 

yeah the key turns, and i can unlock the doors, and the thing will activate and i sounds like it will open, but it remains locked. i think it is the actuator is bad. but idk... point is, i have no way of opening it. so how do i fix it?

 

Take off the inner door pull and unlock it manually. Be careful with the little plastic clips that hold the pull to the pull bars. Twist them, then lift.

 

already tried that, still wont uopen.

 

Does the power lock switch work? Is this a coupe or sedan?
