Change from no tach cluster to cluster w/ tach

other than the cluster is there anything else I need or is it plug and play?

no only the 4gen civic are plug and play but since you have a 91 your gonna need a 90-91 cluster and 88-89 would need some wiring done

What all do I need to do to get the 90-91 tach clust
er to work in my car? I dont want to mount an aftermarket tach put on my dash.

well since your profile says you have a 91 civic then your gonna need a 90-91 cluster, you can get one with tech from a si or ex and those are just plug and play and you can tell the difference from 88-89 and 90-91 cause the 90-91 are more roundish and the other ones are more squarish.

if you want to keep your stock mileage you can take the clusters apart and swap the speedometer assemblies out so the cluster with a tach shows the true mileage on the car
