so i just recently about 5 weeks ago picked up a front end smashed 91 teg 4dr, still has heat, ac, ps, everything works..immediately i had to do the cv shafts as they were both bad, oil change, spark plugs, thermostat, coolant, vcg, just basic maintenance when i realized i was gonna start modding this car, so ill start a thread now and ad on to it as i go with mods. btw this car was red 5 weeks ago and totaled..

so far ive converted it to 93 front end and rattle canned the car white


i also installed an ebay cold air intake


and today i got some 8k HIDS for it as well


i dont have a garage and alot of tools, so this wont be as progressive as most of your builds or as nice, i already installed coilovers and just waiting for my front and rear camber kit to come in so i can slam it down and go get an alignment bc i am wearing threw front tires in 2 weeks bc of the wreck..hope to take more pics and get more parts on this car soon, its taken back seat to my evo now..the honda bug bit me

 

also wanted to send a thanks to 4dred6 he helped me with my intake late last night and is gonna be helping me alot with this car..ive got big plans, just need to find the big $$

You should get the JDM 1piece headlights, not ebay 1piecers. That link he posted is for the wiring harness for the JDM headlights.

Where exactly were you at in PA?

 

i was from north eastern PA up in a small *** town called Jim Thorpe, but i got my 1st car down there near philly i forget the name of the place it was a suburb neighborhood..

 

oh and trust me id love to have the jdm 1 piece but i just cant see spending $850 on headlights when i spent $1500 on the entire car lol

this weekend should be dumping it and installing the camber kits, i know my front one is here just gotta check if my rear arrived..it already has coilovers so it should look alright for now, im hoping at tax time to get some offsets

 

i managed to find some old pics, i didnt have any from when i bought it but it was completely sun faded, windshield broke to hell front end entirely smashed, bumper, hood fenders and lights, ive done all this work myself except the axles..

got some used struts from a friend and some DNA coilovers installed, didnt slam it yet


my friends 93 got rear ended so i stole his entire front end and put it on mine also amber side markers and bumper lights


threw on a honda badge for fun..sorry its out of order so far, but things will be in order from now on

 

im thinking next things im gonna do under the hood will be take pics of the new BLOX cam seal, install a polished valve cover, then upgrade the plug wires and radiator hoses

I liked the orange color of the front end before you painted the whole car. Did you intall the blinker in the fender in this last pic or buy JDM fenders?

You shittin me, please don't complain about spending $40 on a jdm 1piece, they go for damn near $120 for one headlight here.

And I don't know where this dude is getting the idea that 1 pieces are $850, **** I'll sell you my 1piecers for $500 to save you $350

 

its one site i saw them on they were 850, but now i found a set for 300 shipped, so im trying to score those..for the guy who can get them for $40 you should buy a drivers and passengers side for $80 then sell them to me for $175 shipped..lol

 

and i got the front end off of another car, those sidemarkers are ugly, i think ima get the jdm ones when the funds are free
