hey guys i need some info before i rush in and buy a set of wheels. will original VW fitment BBS RM wheels with an offset of 33 (et33 and 7j wide all round) fit straight on to an ek hatch without any problems? will i need to modify the rear arches/fenders or anything? will the tyres rub?

any help and advice will be greatly appreciated

With properly sized tires, you should be able to fit those wheels without rubbing issues (as long as your car isn't lowered too much).

 

we normally recommend around ET38+ for Civics, so ET33 will be a little close to the fender lip. You may want to roll the fenders to give you some breathing room.

little of an aggressive offset, but you should be fine. Might have to roll the lips of your fenders

 

i just put a set on tonight that are 15x8 +25 195/45 and i am pretty damn low... I dont see any issues...
