Default Powdercoating/painting a roll cage

I will be ordering a roll cage this Friday for a 95 del sol. I would like to powdercoat the cage but I'm not limited to just powdercoating I would be willing to paint it as well.

What are the best methods used to do so?

I'm assuming most people coat the cage before they put it in the car. I don't have acess to a paint booth(although there is one across the street from the garage I'm renting) or a podercoating oven so it would have to be taken somewhere.

I guess I'm asking how can I have it coated and installed without looking like a welder chewed on it?
