Default b18c short block

I have a 94 Integra RS and I've been looking at buying a swap from hmotorsonline...But I am planning on completely building the engine from the bottom up, and don't really want to spend $3000+ for something that is going to be completely overhauled...Any good suggestions on machine shops to purchase a short block from? Especially Seattle area? Or is it worth the money to buy the swap for sensors, ecu, transmission, head, etc. Thanks!

Just look on craigslist for a used cheap motor to rebuild. I see them all the time on Seattle Craigslist
