Default Fuel pressure problem?

I recently bought a aem fuel rail with a aem FPR. Im boosting my car and is almost done. Its a jdm b16 sir2. Had FIC 525cc injectors, walbro fuel pump. I installed a b&m gauge on the fuel rail. I cant start the car yet cuz its not done but i primed the car to see an fuel leaks and non. But my Fuel pressure goes to 40psi and than drops down tp 0 when the fuel pump is done priming. No fuel leaks or anything. I teflon taped the gauge. Is this normal? Ive read somewhere that the AEM FPR is common for this. There is fuel going thru the rail i know that. Does anyone else have this problem?

When I ran my aem gauge and aem fpr with my walbro mine would hold @ 40psi for a while before the pressure dropped off @ priming, and after a run.. Double check your pump, and make sure the clamps for the fuel line in the tank are clamped tightly..

Newer or older FPR? Ive had mine for 5 years, it has from day 1 always bled pressure after the engine is primed. It works 100% flawlessly. I "heard" newer AEM FPR's wont bleed the pressure however the original units to my knowledge have "always" bled after the prime..... It is nothing to be worried about.
