Swapped EF Not Starting
A bit of background first. I have a 91 EF with a b18b swap, Non vtec. At one point the car started and ran fine, however my transmission was leaking. This was a big problem and took me a while to fix... This means my car was sitting around for quite some time. I just bought a new Kirkland battery and put it in. I measured the voltage coming out to be 12.5 V. However when I try to start my car I get absolutely no response. I hear the fuel pump engage but thats about it.
The car does not crank at all... I am at a loss. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? Thanks!

Turns out that since my car hasn't been started in a while my starter had seized up somehow. Not even knocking on it with a wrench made it loose. I got a new one with my life time warranty... I also checked all my grounds and found some were corroded and replaced them. Thanks for the help 88LsRex.
