Airgas local welding stores all across the country have Radnor parts that are private branded Weldcraft torch front end parts. They have WP9/20 standard gas lenses which take cups up to #8, and stubby large gas lens setups that will handle #12 (3/4") and #15 (15/16") cups. You can find these parts numbers on the Weldcraft manufacturers web site.

They are also much cheaper than the ebay / internet vendors.

I second welding city, they are also on ebay. They have excellent deals, fast service and shipping.

Make sure you get all the parts you'll need
a. stubby large gas lens
b. collet
c. cups in sizes you need, and
d. different insulator for the bigger cups, which sometimes gets forgotten

The pink cups are about $2.xx each, and thread on properly, as compared to the pyrex glass type cups that cost $$$ and fall off and break...
