97 Honda Accord - Misfire at idle
I have a non-vtec 2.2 Accord that has a bad misfire at idle, once the car has warmed up. There is no lack of power when driving.
The CEL is on and I had auto zone read the codes, they said it has a misfire on cylinder 1 and random misfires.
I put new NGK Vpower plug in and NGK spark plug wires.
Here is a video of the problem (I go outside the car at the end)..

Any help of what to check next would be much appreciated.

The problem was there before I changed the plugs. I set the gap .044 inches, is this correct?
I haven't changed the cap and rotor yet. I haven't checked the timing either.

Play it safe do the cap and rotor, if you know how to check timing I would do it, even rent a gun if needed.
If it is misfiring consistently (as in a dead miss) you should be able to individually (temporarily) pull plug wires to see if there is a difference in the way the car runs. If you pull a plug wire up and the engine doesn't run any worse, then you narrowed the misfire down to a specific cylinder. I definitely don't think your spark plug gap is causing any problems unless you've bent the tip of one of them.
