get rid of that abs!! lol its not needed!!

to be honest, you have to re-route brake lines, use a 40/40 proportioning valve and if you really want to do it the right way you have to pull all the sensors from the wheels, the wiring in the cabin/de-pin it from their pins, and re-loom your engine harness on the passeneger and drivers side in order to get those ugly orange plugs from your bay..

lots of work, but you do get a cleaner looking bay, and imo might as well go for a wire tuck while ur at it!

Yeah I was getting my car tuned a few weeks ago and they cracked my sleeve.. So I already pulled the motor so I figured I might as well get rid of the abs.. A wire tuck will be in the near future

Its pretty easy, Remove abs ecu, Remove abs unit, cut plugs, Mount a 40/40 valve.. (hit up the junk yard and look for tegs with out abs take there lines) Or make your own lines, its pretty easy just time consuming

I know your right on with your list of to-do's.. pretty much what this member said,

I guess im just a super **** kinda guy, I went out the way to de-pin the abs plugs from there points, save wires, and only cut around the grounds that loop into power sources..
this way i had factory wiring to work with in near future insidences like the O.P with the " future wire tuck plan"
it just bothers me when i see cut plugs!!

to the O.P.
my suggestions: Start the wire tuck asap if you have the time !!! work the abs out while in the tuck process..
de-loom the harness' get rid of those ugly abs wires the correct way, itl save you 6+ feet of wiring for the actual harness tuck, wiring is expensive now days..
otherwise i like where this is going im subscribed!
