Just bought my 70mm Skunk2 Throttle body and see that the Eldeldrock Victor X intake manifold is a 66mm??
What do you advice me? I can increase the intake to 70mm?

just have it port matched

 

Yes you would enlarge the manifold opening to match the TB.

 

Ok if so I need to remove the Intake manifold to the engine and some below srews are quite difficult!

no such thing biggest is 66mm and thats on a victor x intake manifold
think about it, u leave it as is now and u'll b losing power.. have it port matched and it'll help out, especially if ur going turbo

 

Okay with my 6766 and my Skunk2 Pro Cam's, it will be good to enlarge it!

Just done it.





The Skunk2 TB need to be a very little enlarge to fit the TPS.

 

Did you use a gasket on that or silicone seal ?

 

Which Gasket are you talking about? TPS-MAP-Intake?
2 gaskets were inside the box, I use Skunk2 gaskets

 

The Screw for the idle is horrible to adjust! The screw is below the accel cable

How can I do do Adjust idle?

Hello, are you sure that this Skunk2 70mm Tb? I saw your ruler measurement around 66.5 mm. I always thought skunk2 inlet 70mm. Is that a skunk 2 66mm TB? Sorry to bring this old thread live again :-)

 

Yes the TB is 70mm but Victor X manifold is around 66.5mm, that why I adjusted by machined the manifold to 70mm

 

Throttle body is not Alpha series, 9tailsfox.. it is the older pro series.

 

yeah I know is Pro series TB But I wonder why the measurement is not exactly 70mm instead of 66.5mm( according your picture show us). Now I thinking get alpha series 70mm but anyone compare Pro vs alpha series?
