Default Welding a piece to connect DP directly to T3 flange?

Hi guys,

Weird question, how would you make a piece to connect the T3 rectangular inlet directly to a 4 bolt outlet? I am trying buy the flange and material then make the cut myself, then bring it to a welder and have it welded... but i'm not sure how i can cut the 2.5" pipe and make it into a rectangular shape for the T3 side.

Reason why i am doing this, is that, i want to make a piece that would replace the turbo, so i could go back to NA simply just bolt on my pipe and load my NA map back into s300.

I did some quick calculation, the area for the T3 rectangular side is about 3.9375 and the 4-bolt exhaust side is about 4.9087... so i guess.. i should be able to just hammer the pipe somehow to archive the same shape?

I have the SpoolinPerformance log manifold + dp, i think all i need is a 90 degree bent + 2 flanges...

yeah shouldn't be hard.

it might be tough to mock it up and take it to a welder but it would be easy to do on the car with everything in place.

but you have the right idea. bolt your extra flange to you log mani, both the other flange to your downpipe, figure out your angle and cut your 90 to fit, then either find a way to tack it in place with a cheap mig, or mark the crap out of it with a sharpie so you can take it to a welder and have em zap it up.
