Default Inner fender issue!! wheel fitment

i was planning on rolling my fenders...when i took the car to get the fenders rolled...the guy said they can not be rolled because the previous owner did his own cutting of the inner fender...so if he rolled it the inner fender would roll and the outside would remain the same...anyone ever had experiance with this?

Did he just roll the inner lip in? It's what the fender well sits ons.

If so, the fenders can deffinetly still be rolled. But, I can't really tell you whats going on until I see the car/pictures.

That lip means noithing. It's only there for the fender well to sit/clip to.

You should be able roll the fenders either way.

But, this is why I hate when poeple do DIY stuff to cars. 9 times out of 10, they **** something up.

But, why are you rolling them?

Use the macro setting on your camera to get a clear picture (the flower) I think I can see the issue though, basically looks like the fenders are worn through right where the inner lip starts, Fenders basically look ruined from what I can see.

Those are kinda screwed. Fenders you can replace, rear quarters you could probably weld that seam (you will burn the paint off the quarter, so you'll have to do some paint work later, and you'll probably warp the quarter a bit around edge and have to use a little fill there. It sucks but there's not a lot you can do easily.

You'll break the inner lip off the quarters and fenders and end up with a sharp edge that will cut into the tire depending on how low you are. That lip isn't the inner fender btw, it's just the lip of the fender.

Wont really help with the sharp edge inside, but I guess you could cut it off and cover the mess with flares.
