I'm picking up a '92 wagon in a few days. I used to get a new distributor from distributor king whenever I got a used Honda. Since they are gone now, where can I get a new distributor that is reliable for a reasonable price?

 

Is there something wrong with the one in the car?

 

It's 20 years old. I just want to replace it. If it's still good, I'll just throw it in the car for use as a backup.

 

I wouldn't replace it unless it has a internal seal leak. If it's working, no leaks, keep it!
Otherwise, you should be able to pick one up around 160.00 @ Napa, Autozone, Advance, etc.

 

For those who used to get there stuff from Distributor Kings, they sold RichPorter distributors. I took a chance and got a Rich Porter dizzy off of ebay and it's exactly the same as the ones DK used to sell.

 

Use dispensable money for tune up.
