Default rear upper strut tower bars from ebay

I'm looking to get one of these bars, but don't want to spend a lot of money, so I thought I'd get one off of ebay...BUT, before I do, I have some questions...

How many people here bought a rear upper strut tower bar off of ebay?

Were you satisfied with what you received? Did you receive everything needed to install the bar?

Also, if you remember the sellers name you bought a bar from, let me know.

Thanks in advance

Never bought one but though about it. I pretty much figure a piece of metal is a piece of metal but I know that with most things in life you get what you pay for.

What kind of bars did you all buy?
I've seen the type r style bars that seem more sturdy, the front one attaches to the two holes already in the frame.

comptech says you don't need a rear tower bar.

anyway...I went with the Tanabe....simple, adjustable, cheap. More importantly I went with the J's racing c-pillar bar...that is a nice piece.

I have an OMP rear bar, but bought the typeR knock off one for the front on ebay, i'm really impressed with it, its made well, looks good, is strong, and was dirt cheap, plus it looks a helluva lot better than the OEM POS!!

Comes with everything and cutting templates and rubber gasket to finish the strut covers.
