FS: 92' Acura Integra LS 2dr coupe

THE RUN DOWN:
1992 Acura Integra LS 2dr coupe AUTOMATIC with sunroof. (CLEAN TITLE)
car has power steering, A/C, power windows, rear window defrost, upgraded kenwood stereo with CD, aux for ipod and flashdrive.
Original White paint with Navy cloth interior. I purchased the car about 3 years ago from a female in Simi Valley who took real good care of the car. Car has never been lowered or modified 100% bone stock. Original engine and tranny are on the car with 212k on the ticker.
Cloth Interior is super clean with NO RIPS/TEARS/STAINS
Timing belt and Water pump changed recently at 190k
Radiator (koyo) replaced this summer.
recent brake job done on the car.
Oil changed every 3-4k with synthetic oil(since i've owned the car)
Recent AC recharge so air blows ice cold.
i did upgrade the rims to 92-93 GSR rims. (falken tires have plenty of meat left)
Car smog TEST done 2 weeks ago. PASSES with flying colors every time.
i do have a stack of service records that i've done on the car and owners manual.
THE BAD: the car does leak. i believe its from the tranny and the power steering. i would keep the car but HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION..doesnt allow leaking cars in the neighborhood.
those that know me and have rode in this integra can vouch for how clean i keep my cars.
