Fully built GSR turbo Civic sedan for trade
I built this car to be a daily driver. I've never taken it to the track, just cruised around town. The car isn't fancy, it was meant to be practical and reliable.
1993 Civic LX. Converted from automatic to manual. Has power windows and locks. AC is removed, cruise just needs a couple wires hooked up. The pink wire needs connected to ground and a wire ran to the clutch pedal as well as the brake pedal for cancelling. Honestly I never used it much, so it wasn't on my list of urgent things to do.
Interior looks stock. OEM rear seats, carpet, trim, etc. Front seats are from a 1995 Integra GSR but do not match, though they're comfortable. The center vent in the dash was removed and replaced with a gauge pod for the PLX wide band and Autometer boost gauge.
Civic EX gauge cluster installed.
Engine:
1995 Acura Integra GSR block
SRP forged pistons with -6.6cc dish, results in 9.5:1 compression.
Eagle rods.
ARP main and head studs
ACL bearings
New OEM water and oil pump, New OEM tensioner, New OEM (Gates) timing belt.
Moroso oil pan.
OEM style underdrive crank pulley. Approved for racing, it is balanced and has the rubber dampening ring like an OEM pulley has. I can't remember the brand, it is from Australia.
Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors with wireless adapters in an OEM fuel rail.
Skunk2 style intake manifold with RPM Service throttle body.
Hasport motor mounts, aside from the Innovative auto to manual transmission mount.
Walbro 255hp 255lph high pressure fuel pump
1994 GSR head. ITR style valves, Supertech valve springs, silicon bronze guides and Viton seals. Crane stage 1 cams (CTR replicas with more aggressive VTEC lobe). OEM cam gears and OEM GSR valve cover, uncut.
New cam gear oil seals, and new billet 3 o-ring cam seal.
Rebuilt distributor along with an extra new distributor and will have some D17 coil packs coming since I was considering the Hondata COP conversion. Hondata recommends the D17 coil packs for their fit.
Transmission: 1995 GSR transmission with some kind of stage 1 clutch (a friend was parting out and it had low miles), and oem flywheel along with a new Nachi (OEM) throwout bearing. Rebuilt and repainted OEM shift linkage with Energy Suspension bushings and B&M shifter. New Honda S2000 clutch master cylinder with Allinfab adapter/spacer plate. New Daiken clutch slave cylinder and stainless clutch line.
Suspension: Koni Yellows, Eibach Ground control coilovers with 325lb front, 250lb rear springs and 4 450lb springs currently sitting in a box. Car currently sits 1 inch below stock ride height. ITR rear swaybar and ASR rear subframe brace. OEM Integra GSR rear LCAs with Energy Suspension bushings. "Skinny Kid Fab" front traction bar.
OEM looking 14 inch alloy wheels with good condition all weather tires.
Brakes: 1990 Integra RS brake master cylinder, 1994 Civic EX front knuckles with new Advance Auto Parts rotors and Wagner pads. Braided lines installed in front, not the rear yet since it's still rear drum brakes. 4040 prop valve not installed yet but included.
Electronics: Hondata S300 engine management in a P28 ECU. Boost control components including the MAC solenoid installed, just not wired up all the way yet, need to solder 2 wires.
Kenwood CD player with Aux in and USB in.
PLX Devices wide band O2 sensor wired into the ECU.
Includes Asus Eee PC netbook for tuning.
Turbo:
AFI Turbo mini ram stainless ramhorn manifold.
Turbonetics T3/T4 57 trim cold, .63 A/R hot side journal bearing oil cooled turbo. Burns a little oil, but I have a new center housing, bearings, seals, turbine wheel and housings to built a new journal bearing turbo, and... a new ball bearing turbo.
Garret GT3071R turbo. New CHRA, New 5 bolt ford turbine housing, used compressor housing and back plate.
Tial 38mm wastegate with 4.9psi spring and a 12psi spring included but never used by me.
As stated, has boost control installed in the ECU with MAC solenoid.
UNI foam air filter for the turbo. Filters far better than K&N
Precision 350hp intercooler mounted on customized radiator support.
2.5 inch intercooler piping from the turbo to the throttle body.
Exhaust:
Homemade 2.5 inch downpipe made from mild steel flanges, mandrel bent steel pipe, and a 2.5" flex joint located just behind the motor. This mates right to a full 2.5 inch exhaust. It's a copy of the Apexi WS2, made by Yonaka. The muffler is straight through instead of being a chamber muffler. It is quiet until VTEC engages and the turbo spools.
The only bad things about the car is there is a little rust starting. The car sat in a garage for at least 4 years, so for a 1993, it is in very good shape. I was busy with other issues and didn't get around to stabilizing the rust before winter.
The windshield is cracked. I tried using the Permatex windshield repair kit and it helped, but there are still three or four cracks, two of which are noticeable to me, but not major.
There's a lot of time and money in this car, and I'm sure I'm forgetting parts. It's fun to drive, it's been reliable. The car is pretty much done though and I would kind of like to get something more low key like a newer Accord or Integra, maybe an RSX or something. PM with offers. I can get pictures upon request. Located in the Quad City area of Illinois and Iowa.

i'll send pictures to people who make offers. There are too many shady people around to just post pictures. Everyone has seen a sedan and what a b18c1 looks like.
the whole point in selling a car on a forum is to post pics, thats the only way your gonna sell a car or have more people interested, i can see the views and posts on this thread and thats probaly the reason why people just come and go on your thread.
