Sorry for a lot of post some may have been unnecessary idk but need my car running makes me sad I can't drive honda anyways

My cars check engine light came on about 3 weeks ago and I just brought it back from my gfs sisters house

I had girlfriends sisters boyfriend look at it he owns his own shop he did a diagnostics check and cylinder 4 was misfiring then he did compression check it was low like under 75 think he checked 3 and was good others not done. He put a little oil in cylinder still bad compression so he suggested new engine spark plug was cracked on bottom and another one was covered in oil

had about 5 people say new engine 4 didn't look at it but I explained

now my friend just said recheck compression n check if its bottom or top maybe just head needs work

also when I towed it back home getting off ramp trans wasn't going then had my dad try he got it off but white smoke came out and lost a little coolant from reserve

any ideas or should I get new engine
