F1 Spec Type 4 Seats questions?

How hard is it to install, I was thinking bout buying some but idk how to install them like the seat rails and sliders and all that bullshit. Please help

It's only 4 bolts. Its like installing a stock seat. On a tech scale from 1-5 it's probably a 1. I mean, how hard could it be to install a seat?

I've just never messed with seats so idk how, I just do engine ****
