My setup:2000 civic dx w/2000 gsr motor with custom harness from i4(i know my wirings legit) and 0bd2a gsr ecu w/jumper harness, dizzy also has one. Now, i think the jumper harness(es) or ecu might be playing the culprit as im awaiting a de-immobilized obd2b gsr ecu. i have 2x checked n 3x checked for continuity, connectivity, loose wires, exposed apparatuses, etc...please help. thats all i ask.

^^thanks for the links, and thanks ron. its the fi e/m 15a fuse under the hood in the fuse box by the battery. i tried isolating the issue and got it running again but when i move a portion of the harness directly above the starter, it blows. i will look in depth at the wiring 2mrw am...
Update: the blue and grey connectors that ret unplugged underneath the intake manifold was grounding itself. I made sure to wrap the wires connecting to the plug pins very well.
