Default cant go more than 4 rpm help plz
90 integra gsr odb1 cant go more than 4rpm. No check engine. Anybody can help me plz.....

The starter alone spins the engine faster than 4 rpm, and it can't run that low without the starter...

Thats not true. When you have a bad tps/dizzy/ecu If you give the gas more then %30-50 throttle it can bog down and not go past the 3K-3200K rpm

Yea 4000 rpms lol... Idk this **** is crazy it was running fine with the b16 n now it doesnt work...

I did change the tps has to be something else... U think the dizzy isnt working good......

I try my p28 n still doing the same thing but not at 4000 start it at 5.5
