edit: z6 or y8 intake mini on d16y7,,,,, Hey guys i am up for a lil bit more power (.1whp gain). But i have heard on some post that putting a y8 intake mani creates a idle problem. And im not sure about the z6 i havent dug up too much on it. But i want your opinion on what intake mani is better. z6 or y8?! I have also heard that just using my y7 throttle body on the y8 is capable. is that true? thanks!!

 

use a y8 auto trans intake manifold, because it has the 3 wire iacv.
and swap in your y7 injectors
