I dont know anything about welding so... If I bought muffler with a 70mm inlet but all of my piping is 60mm would it be problem to weld it? I dont know how you adapt the two together??

There should be no issue with that, def better then having 70mm piping go into a 60mm muffler. And al u need if a stubby transition to connect the two together. I don't know who sells those over in germany though so search around. A muffler shop should.
