Are the fenders removable on the trailer? How are the bearings? What year? Do you have a title for it?

The fenders are not removable, the trailer was just serviced about 7 months ago new bearings electric brakes and fresh paint.. i believe its a 98 model trailer i have to check my paper work. and yes i have full title and paper work for the trailer passed MD inspection with flying colors.
