Default Converting obd0 to obd1?

So im curious on how this will play out? I have a 99'b20 with all my obd0 bolt on's on it. I just got a port and polished head with stage 2 crower cams, and a ported obd1 intake manifold with a tuned obd1 ecu. I still need to buy the jumper harness.
My question is what do i do with all my vacum lines from my stock set up? how do i delete them?

Run them where they need to go and plug whichever is left.

What throttle body are you going to be using? OBD1 or your OBD0? Would be easier and cleaner with the OBD1 throttle body. You can eliminate the firewall MAP, pressure regulator solenoid and EVAP setup. You then can use the OBD1 EVAP setup (or delete it if you want depending on your emissions testing). You then will be left with the line going to the fuel pressure regulator, lines going to the charcoal canister, PVC and brake booster line.
