Some on the cb7 forum have liked AMR Engineering. I would suggest Looking at their site for your model and give Andy a call.

Koni/GC and AMR are easily the best setups for the money for civics. I would not be surprised if the same goes for accords, or any other car for that matter.

I'm an Accord owner myself for over 10 years. So yes there are lots of people who are on AMR coilovers on 4th gen, 5th gen, 6th gen..and soo on as I personally make sure we always develop coilovers for the latest Accord chassis, and support the older chassis as well. The 4th and 5th gen in particular is one of the chassis we first offered coilovers for since it was the Accord I started out with. We have quite a large amount of Accord customers due to my previous company, and we were part of many Accord forums back in the day since again I been an Accord owner since back in 1999. So we have built quite a long list of clients since I have owned one for many years. In almost 7 years we have never had a single blown damper, and we back up our dampers with a lifetime warranty. Our dampers provide a great balance of performance and reliability, and we have proved that with the many years we have behind us.
