choosing witch tein springs to get

I am trying to choose what Tein springs to get,the h. tech or the s. tech.I want to go lower but not to low i have seen pics of the s.tech but havent seen the h.tech on a ep3 any suggestions or have any pics

I have raceland coilovers and I dont like them i have them all the way up and its still to low
