I want to install fog lights and I want to take my front bumper off and cut the holes in my garage. How the hell do I get this bumper off? Also, is it true that there are cutouts in the back of the bumpers for fogs?

 

How bout you tell us what bumper you're trying to remove from what car?

 

As stated Im trying to take the front bumper off my 1991 Civic

 

thats not it exactly but those are the places to look for the 10mm bolts and plastic pop-outs

 

its a total 0f 4 bolts and 4 screws take off bumper lights 2 bolts on bumper support behind each bumper light and 2 on each end of bumper thats it ....10 mins tops

 

and true some bumpers came with cut outs for stanley and piaa ...but still measure ur fogs and trace than cut to be safe ... good luck

 

That diagram is not an EF and generally confusing for someone doing it the first time.

Jdm junky has the right advice.

Take two 10mm bolts off under the bumper. Unscrew the 2 small phillips from each side of the bumper in front of the tires. Then take the bumper turn signals out, you just need to take the outer phillips screws off, no need for the inner ones (you'll see why). Unplug the light harness then look inside, unbolt the pair of bolts holding te reinforcement up.

Then it all comes off.

Then you can take off the reinforcement if you want. Those really flat head screws can be a pain to get off, I would resort to just using vise grips instad of even trying to use a screwdriver.
