Default rhd throttle body

I know this probably sounds ridiculous but, I'm not sure how common this. I have a Brand Name RHD Throttle body on my LHD eg hatch "b16sir II swap". The original owner kinda just zip tied the throttle cable in a loop from the power steering line to go to the driver side. ANY WAY Whats this thing worth? i could use some cash. It has a name on the throttle body i will have to look closely at it later.

There's no such thing as a RHD throttle body. What you have is a GS-R thottle body. You can swap the bracket and pulley (D-series will work) to have it operate like a D-series/B16/LS throttle body though.
