I tried searching but couldn't find any definate answer or pictures to know what I'm looking at. I never really paid attention to this so I'm unsure. If I buy a used 98-01 front bumper, bumper reinforcement beam, and styrofoam where is the vin numbers located to make sure they're legit parts? Isn't the only vin number on all of those front end pieces located on the top of the front bumper under the black support that bolts down the bumper cover to the top of the radiator support? Is there other vin stickers located anywhere else on those parts? I need to replace mine but don't want to contribute to the ridiculous amount of stolen parts in my area.

 

the only vin number is on the cover, they are not on the beam or foam. there also isn't gonna be one if they bought the bumper new.

 

Its on top of the cover right where the black piece bolts it down to the top of the radiator support right? That black piece covers it if I'm not mistaken right?
